Here is the breakdown:
WE ACCEPT RETURNS WHEN THE ITEM MEETS THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS
- Package received within ten (10) days of purchase (the date listed on your receipt).
- Items must be be unwashed, unworn and unaltered. Items that do not meet these requirements will not receive a refund or store credit.
- Items that have a tag, tag must not be cut off. If the tag is removed the item is no longer eligible for store credit or refund.
WE WOULD NOT ACCEPT RETURN IF THE ITEM:
- Received more then 10 days
- Item was washed, worn, altered
- beauty and health products do not accept return
HOW MANY DAYS THE REFUND TAKES TO RETURN TO MY ACCOUNT
Once we received your return, refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days. And if it is the quality problem, we would cover the return shipping!

Answer: We accept return for refund, and so please wait till it arrive and then return for refund, as we can not recall the package during the shipment

Answer: If the item price under 50USD, we accept full refund, if the item price 50USD+, we would refund 50%, please you can also contact us for more detail.

Question 8: Who would cover the return shipping?
Answer: We do not cover the return shipping only if it is the quality problem or package was damaged during the shipment.
